But balance isn’t something you magically have – it’s something you can practice. Here’s today’s Vital Balance Challenge:
Fill a glass of water (not too full
).
Place it carefully on your open palm.
Now breathe only through your nose for 60 seconds while keeping the glass steady. At first, it feels almost silly. But then you notice: – your breath slowing down, – your body becoming still, – your mind suddenly tuned into this single, fragile moment. This tiny test is a mirror. It shows you how connected (or disconnected) you are with yourself right now. It’s not about perfection. The glass might wobble. You might laugh. You might spill.
